Nextbit Robin cloud-focused phone available for pre-order

The Nextbit Robin smartphone pre-order price is set at $399, which is a bit higher than the Kickstarter price, but reasonable for what you're getting under the hood. While it may not be for everyone, a number of individuals do find the idea to be quite brilliant, which is why Nextbit's Kickstarter campaign was a huge success, raking in way more ($1.3 billion) than their goal. It's called a cloud phone as it also comes with 100GB cloud storage account for each user. The phone takes advantage of that cloud storage by automatically putting apps and content that you don't often use in the cloud and keeping your frequently used content stored on your phone. Another good news is the fact that the Robin comes with an unlocked bootloader by default, allowing you to flash custom ROMs on the smartphone without having to worry about voiding your warranty.
