'Spectre' sets explosive new wold record

In terms of his character can be involved, Craig claims that with every movie Bond gets "a bit older and a little wiser".

Its studio was no doubt hoping the "Spectre" opening would beat "Skyfall".

In an interview, Craig explained that he has seen several Bollywood films and thinks they are quite "fabulous" due to that fact that they get movie making right - they are a celebration and even exuberance of life.

"Spectre", which is the 24th installment, will be screened in cinemas in the United States on November 15 with many critics already giving the film positive reviews.

Bond globetrots and "Spectre" continues on to become a little too crowded for its own good.

"Spectre" was never going to be the flawless Bond film we all wanted it to be, because it had to follow "Skyfall", the best film of the Daniel Craig era and probably the best Bond movie in decades. Smith said he wanted to bring "a touch of vulnerability" to the franchise, and he certainly succeeded, bringing in his falsetto and the seemingly un-Bond-ish worries of "How do I live?" Despite its shortcomings, there's still plenty to enjoy, and that's coming from someone who isn't a longtime James Bond fan.

Bond travels from Mexico City to Rome, to the mountaintops of Austria, to the desert near Tangier and, finally, back to London. The fight between Bond and a memorable henchman played by Dave Bautista on a train is a great combination of the visceral and the elegant. And so along came Casino Royale, which reimagined Bond as something akin to the Jason Bourne series.

The steadying force in the storm takes the form of Madeleine Swann (Lea Seydoux), who proves herself to be anything but a damsel in distress as she helps Bond pursue their common enemy - a sinister, global organisation helmed by Waltz as Oberhauser. It is nice that Bond now has control over his libido, but did the writers have to scrap his suaveness and charm?

The big question is, what will Bond and Craig do next? This film seemed to have more action scenes compared to the previous three Bond films, and they were executed more effectively than ever.
