A man with glasses identified himself as "Saiga Marine", and introduced his passenger as "Black Powder Ranger".

Impassioned speeches from pastors and Jamar Clark's relatives were occasionally interrupted by shouts and applause inside the cavernous Shiloh Temple International Ministries.

Some witnesses Clark was handcuffed, something police strongly deny.

"And yes, we are locked and loaded", he added, raising his pistol.

The first man was arrested at 11:20 a.m.in Bloomington.

Police haven't said what may have motivated Monday's shooting, and said the matter is still under investigation.

Under a bright sky Tuesday, Alexander Clark, who said he was related to Jamar Clark, addressed the crowd, giving his account of Monday night's shooting.

McKnight said she hopes there will be no protests on the day of the funeral. His death has sparked days of protests. Two other white men, ages 26 and 21, turned themselves in, the department said.

All five victims of the shooting were Black men, aged 19 to 43.

Wesley Martin was among those shot.

Asked why he returned after being shot, Martin said: "Bullets aren't going to stop me from supporting what I wish to do".

The Star Tribune reported that 38-year-old Draper Larkins remained hospitalized with an arm wound, according to his mother, Jaclyn Larkins.

Wesley Martin was one of five protesters shot as they were trying to escort some people from Monday night's demonstration. None suffered life-threatening injuries. But he was back using a stick, walking in the arena after being hit within the left leg and treated at a hospital. Martin says he's "feeling better than yesterday". The shooting, he said, might have served to unite people. "We are recommitting our occupation of the 4th Precinct until we get justice". One of the men has since been released.

"It is time to restore order to the Northside community along Plymouth Avenue and James, which has endured open gun fire, traffic and service interruptions, smog from open wood fires, hours of helicopter noise and negative media narrative due to the protest vigil". "I know there's a lot of speculation as to who these people were", said US Representative Keith Ellison, an African-American whose district includes most of Minneapolis. Police said three of the men are white and the fourth is Asian. Protesters have gathered there since the shooting of 24-year-old Jamar Clark on November 15. It said protesters should declare victory Thursday after an outside investigation was brought in and the names of the two officers were released.

In statement, Clark's family thanked protesters for "the incredible support".

"Best to act as much like a beta white cuck as much as you can", one the racists said.

Black Lives Matter plans a march on Tuesday afternoon.

Activists have pledged to stay until specific demands are met, including the release of video evidence in Clark's shooting.

No suspects are in custody. All had injuries that were not life-threatening.
