Huawei Enjoy 5S Now Official With an Octa-Core Chipset, Metal Body

Huawei not only manufactures smartphones but also designs wearables and recently, it has launched a wearable fitness band in the Honor series named Honor Band Z1 in India which is now available for purchase via the leading E-Commerce giant Flipkart.

Huawei Enjoy 5S smartphone: Chinese mobile phone maker Huawei launched a new budget-friendly smartphone, the Enjoy 5S in China. The main highlight of the Enjoy 5S is its premium all-metal build, similar to the Enjoy 5 that Huawei unveiled a few weeks back in October this year.

Sadly, Huawei Enjoy 5S is powered by a smaller 2,200 mAh battery, while the previous model packs 2,300 mAh battery that should last slightly longer. You'll be looking at those sweet portraits on a 5-inch 720×1280 IPS display.

Under the hood of the Huawei Enjoy 5S is a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753T processor, assisted by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal expandable memory.

Moving on to the cameras now, the Enjoy 5S comes with a 13 megapixel shooter at the back and a 5 megapixel shooter on the front for taking selfies as well as video calls. The phone gets dual-SIM dual standby support and comes with pre-installed Android 5.1 Lollipop with Huawei's EMUI 3.1 Lite on top. This handset sports a more powerful SoC, but its battery can not match the one used in the Enjoy 5. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and the usual suspects along with 4G LTE and a fingerprint scanner. What about its price?

The Huawei Enjoy 5s is priced at 1,199 Yuan (approx $187/Rs. 12,490) and will be available for sale in China on December 10th.
