While, at Taylor Swift's Atlanta show, the Rayburns ran into Taylor Swift's mother, Andrea Swift, in the audience. The pop star's mother Andrea Swift made a Swiftie's day when she surprised her with a Tay Tay meet and greet.

The singer's mother was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.

A six-year-old girl battling cancer has received a special belated birthday present after she met her idol Taylor Swift backstage at the superstar's recent Atlanta concert.

"Dreams really do come true!"

As for plans once the "1989" tour wraps up in December, Swift added: "I think I should take a few time off. I think people might need a break from me". She went under the knife to remove the tumor and one of her kidneys.

Things got even better for Taylor. We have been blessed and wanted to give back, so because of her sickness we started the and celebrated her birthday this past year with that...while she was in the hospital.
