Kanye West on upcoming "SWISH" album: "It gets better every week"

Gather around, gather around, for the great Yeezus has spoken.

"Kanye West phoned into Big Boy's morning show and gave a small update on his long-awaited, new album, SWISH", according to Complex.

Kanye West called into Real 92.3 radio show recently to congratulate the radio host for being inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame.

He stated: "I don't wanna overly describe it or overly try to hype it up".

The rapper, 38, went on to admit that it had been taking him a while to ideal the album, saying: "The work is slow. It's like a sonic paining, and it gets better and better every week". It's like a sonic painting.

In addition to mentioning the records he pulled from his album to give to Rihanna and The Weeknd, he also spoke about his recent performance at the Hollywood Bowl. "It allowed me to express myself more and still do a creative jump", he said, reflecting on 808s and Heartbreak.

TLC pissed a lot of people off earlier this week when they announced the album funded by fans on their Kickstarter wouldn't be released until 2016.

"It's definitely a feeling of vindication when people were dissing me and calling me insane and now it's basically become the sound of radio".

And there you have it. You'll just have to wait until it's ready for your next Kanye fix.
