Black magic causes divorce, says Imran Khan's ex wife Reham

Chairman Imran Khan's former wife Reham Khan has said in a tweet following her divorce that Quran states that Satan taught black magic to separate couples. Questions, conspiracy theories, all were tossed and turned in an effort to find the reason of the separation of the recently-wed couple.

"You can hit a six but what matter is if you opt for a long term partnership and complete your century".

If Reham knew that divorce was a possible effect she would not have left Bani Gala in the first place, the British newspaper claimed.

Reham, who received the message as she stepped off a plane that had taken her from Pakistan to Birmingham, is believed to have also received a confirmation call from Imran's chief of staff.

The couple was married for 10 months. The couple had agreed mutually for the divorce citing irreconcilable differences.

Talking to Dunya News, PTI spokesperson Naeemul Haq had stated that the decision to divorce was very sensitive and serious issue. It further suggests that apart from Reham stealing all the limelight in the public sphere, her political ambitions were causing a rift within the party and its financial backers. "She just did not want to sit at home".

As other reports of Reham's jealousy regarding Imran's cordial relationship with ex-wife Jemima emerged, the unforgiving obsession that people have with a politician's, wife, son, son-in-law or mother may have also played a role.
