Charcandrick West out, Spencer Ware to start

West will be replaced by Spencer Ware in the backfield along with Knile Davis. For the good news, Travis Kelce is active and will play.

Chiefs second-year running back Charcandrick West (hamstring) against the Buffalo Bills.

Starting in his place will be Spencer Ware, who ran for 96 yards and 2 touchdowns last week after West's injury. According to ESPN.com, head coach Andy Reid said that West was "day to day", but hamstring injuries can linger and that could keep out West for this week.

Fantasy impact: West's owners needed to make Ware a priority during Week 12's waiver period, since his status for Sunday remains murky at best.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport deemed West a "long-shot" after previously calling him a game-time decision. Even if he dresses for today's game he's not going to start. Maclin has 48 catches this season for 612 yards and while he had to leave the game on Sunday after taking a big hit, he was able to return and is on track to play this weekend.
