Bernie Sanders Slams Donald Trump for Attacks on Clintons

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton addresses an audience during a town hall campaign event Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016, in Derry, N.H.

Bill Clinton's looming involvment in the campaign has apparently made waves in the Republican primary as well. "Maybe he should focus on those things". The good, bad and ugly sides of the former president have always been part of the Clinton political equation. Reached for comment, a spokeswoman for Trump's campaign would only say that Cohen, who came under fire last summer for saying marital rape was legal and threatening to ruin a reporter's life, "is not a representative of the campaign".

The former secretary of state says the killings, which included the execution of a prominent Shiite Muslim cleric, "will inflame the region even more".

"I'm the only one that's willing to talk about his problems", Trump said. In the aftermath of their dramatic exchange, Trump turned on Kelly, saying she had "blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever" and retweeting a follower who called Kelly a "bimbo". Hillary Clinton, the poll suggests, would also put Trump in his place - "Hillary Clinton tops him", added Malloy - though by a more modest 47-40.

The take of the Vermont senator, however, lags further behind Clinton's overall haul of $55 million for the past three months, which also included $18 million earmarked for the Democratic party - money that would help bolster her prospects in the general election.

Trump has repeatedly referenced Bill Clinton's sex scandals while warning Hillary Clinton not to try to play the "woman card" against him.

"He's dead wrong when he thinks the climate change is a hoax when the entire-virtually the entire scientific community thinks it's the great environmental crisis", Sanders said. Christie said, "This president is a petulant child whenever he can't get what he wants".

"A lot of these terrorists will do anything they can to antagonise us, and they know, if we have a strong American president, that veterans wouldn't hesitate to go back in and fight", he told the Washington Post.

"I think it's a legitimate thing to be angry about the direction of our country".

Rubio nonetheless urged voters in New Hampshire - which prides itself on its record in "picking presidents" - to bring home an election that has until now been marked by chaos.

The line of questioning was in response to Trump's recent turn towards promoting pay equity and gender equality, a turn that he took after being accused of misogyny.
