Adele to join Graham Norton for TV special

According the BBC press site BBC Worldwide is the global distributor for the title and is offering global broadcasters the choice of the original 60-minute version hosted by Graham Norton and a 45-minute, performance-only version, both entitled Adele Live In London.

Adele said: "I can't wait for the show".

The comeback single was released last Friday (October 23) and is fans" first taste of her new album "25', due for release in November.

But a few folks won't have to make do with the view from their sofa. Adele has not performed on live television since her performance on the night of the 85th Academy Awards in February 2013.

Although we know the show will be recorded on November 2, we don't know when it the programme will be aired on BBC One, but we can only imagine it will go out before her album is released. Adele is getting an hour-long BBC special prior to the release of 25.

"Hello", which is her first hit single in three years, blew Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" record out of the water. Adele previously performed on SNL in 2008.

The BBC has supported Adele since the beginning of her career.

Are you excited to see "Adele at the BBC"?

"Obviously, I took a lot of time off because I came a mum", she said.

The album 25 is Adele's third and is expected to replicate the success of her previous ones 19 and 21, which alone sold more than 30 million globally.

When Adele announces a new album, everyone tries to scoop her up for promotional interviews and performances.
