Joe Giudice will begin serving his 41-month prison sentence in March. She has served her time and surely learned something from the experience over the past year.

"She's looking forward to coming home", Leonard told ABC News.

In October, Teresa Giudice and her husband were featured in The Real Housewives of New Jersey Teresa Checks In, a three-part special about her family and the effects of her time in prison. Her daughters, Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana, made hand-drawn signs for their home's front door. Joe isn't an American citizen and once his sentence is complete he may be facing deportation. However, Radar Online reports that Giudice will be allowed to film the Real Housewives of New Jersey while under house arrest. There are many cars in her driveway and it sounds like Teresa may be inside the home with her children.

"During that period, she will be able to work, she will be able to take care of business, medical [things]".
