SRK and Salman to face-off on Eid 2016

Salman Khan is gearing up for his upcoming film Sultan, in which is playing the role of wrestler.

Now according to the latest update, our superstar is training on his own.

Talking about his film work Salman has been undergoing a few "painful" training.

Salman already gained 7 kilos and he is working out for gaining 8 kilos more by November 22.

"I need to train harder and be focussed", the "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" actor said. We have got reports that Salman has had to take up a different workout plan, and have a protein rich diet comprising of chicken and fish more in his diet. Pat comes the reply, "I don't see the reason why I need to do that, honestly!" "And if both Raees and Sultan turn out to be good films, both will do equally well at the box office", he described.

Speaking about his work-out regimen, Salman said, "I am learning how to grapple, the floor work, how to kick and how to get kicked". I need to get that ease, the flexibility, power and quickness in me.

Salman Khan does about 3-4 kicks everyday but he will increase to 150-200 kicks per day as he devotes 4 hours to his workout and post that weight training. Therefore, Salman has changed the location for "Sultan" near Gujarat.
