Three Reasons Why You Should Not Buy An Apple Watch

Apple Watch is an iPhone accessory, so offering a deal where shoppers can get a little discount when buying the two together seems like a reasonable thing to try out. The Watch was initially available exclusively by-schedule-only and try-on appointments at Apple Stores, but is now being offered at a discount of $50 if purchased with an iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus.

Spend about Rs 40,000 and buy good looking Apple Watch today, and it will be another iDevice tomorrow once Apple launches the next one (again, it is a year old).

Apple's decision has sparked speculations to whether Apple Watch is bringing in the results that the giant tech company expected it would. But as a watch that you could wear to an event, you would look like an "Apple Evangelist" and nothing else. Like, the iPhone requiring the Watch to be fully useful. Currently, experts estimate that Apple Watches sold in this quarter could reach 3.95 million, lower than last quarter's figures. From the battery life, to problems in manufacturing like defective Taptic Units and the of course, the price.

Apple rarely offers discounts, but now temporarily, the company is offering a discount of $50 on Apple Watch if bought with a new iPhone. More so, the high-end Apple Watch Edition model and the Apple Watch Hermès model are not incorporated in the promotion.

The promotion is extremely limited. But that is not going to be the problem for Apple fans in India. This would include Burlingame, Chestnut Street, Corte Madera, Hillsdale, San Francisco, and Stonestown in the Bay Area, as well as Boylston Street, Burlington, CambridgeSide, and Chestnut Hill in the Boston metro area.

Apart from its frugal back-to-school and Black Friday sales, Apple has never been a believer of bundle discounts, that is until today.

The Apple Watch didn't launch until April 24th, meaning it was only available for just over five months of Apple's fiscal 2015, which concluded on September 26th.
