Tripura Movie review and Talk - Swathi Reddy, Naveen Chandra

After a super success like Geethanjali, Raj Kiran has pinned hopes on a horror comedy titled Tripura which released today.

Script was written by ace writer Kona Venkat. Along with Rao Ramesh, Shakalaka Shankar, Jaya Prakash and Sapthagiri were seen in the important roles. Tripura faced continous delays in its release. Later they postponed it to release in the Dushera week. Kamran composed the music of the film "Tripura".

The Story is about a Husband and Wife who enter a house. They both move into their farm house as they want it to get sold at any cost with the recommendation of a house broker and things start changing from then. This movie revolves around the life of a village girl Tripura played by Swathi Reddy and a doctor played by Naveen Chandra. She has a rare instinct of dreaming something which will happen for sure. What happens next forms the crux of the story. Also, the director who has a previous experience with horror flicks like 'Geetanjali' showed a trending perspective. The movie was a great hit at the box office. Now in Tripura he chose a Horror subject once again. Until Swamy Ra, Swathi was fit as a fiddle.

Swathi has got justice with her leading title role, Naveen Chandra did good in the given role.

During a promotional interview for Tripura recently, Swathi was asked about her weight. The episodes showing her disease has been faked completely which makes the film lose the needed impact.

Naveen Chandra shared screen with Swathi Reddy in this horror movie. Their chemistry is expected to strike a chord among the audience. Everyone in her village comes to her house in the morning and knows her dreams about them. Naveen Chandra as Dr. Naveen is good. Other cast like Rao Ramesh, Saptagiri and Shankar were good with their roles. Check out "Tripura" Telugu Movie review, rating, story line, plus points, minus points from below.

To this, an unfazed Swathi replied in a matured way and said that she has put on 6 kilos extra to look her character of an innocent, matured housewife. Raj Kiran passed the test of the second movie with flying colors.
