New Year's Millionaire Raffle sold out

The drawing in the lottery's New Year's Millionaire Raffle was held Friday. On Tuesday, lottery officials announced that all 250,000 tickets for the drawing had been sold. Two of those tickets were sold in Arlington. The winning ticket number is 086227. All players have 180 days to claim their prizes. The Kansas Lottery says this is the seventh year for the Kansas-only raffle.

Winners of large prizes must claim their winnings at the state lottery headquarters in Roseville. Players should also check tickets using a scanner available at Lottery retailers and immediately sign any winning tickets. All other prizes can be claimed at Idaho Lottery retail outlets. Out of the six tickets worth $25,000, four were bought in the area.

Ticket sales for the New Year's Millionaire Raffle began November 10 and ended at 8 p.m. tonight.
