Denver Broncos vs. New England Patriots NFL AFC Championship

There may be some precipitation late, but not a lot.

I am sure that this will be a sold-out game and there will be quite a hostile environment up in Denver once the Pats take the field at around 3:05 tomorrow.

Two years ago, Manning threw for 400 yards as the Broncos blitzed the Gronk-less Patriots to reach the Super Bowl.

According to Vegas Insider, the Denver Broncos are now three-point underdogs to the visiting New England Patriots. This is meeting No. 17 between Tom Brady and Peyton Manning.

THE PATRIOTS are 8-3 all-time in AFC championship games, 3-2 on the road (including a 26-16 loss to Denver in 2013).

The Broncos are here because of their NFL-best defense - and because the Pittsburgh Steelers trotted out their own one-armed quarterback (an injured Ben Roethlisberger) and a short-handed receiving corps (no Antonio Brown) in the divisional playoffs last week. While my deep-rooted faith in Tom Brady and Bill Belichick would lead me to believe that the Pats can pull this win off, especially given how they played last week against the red-hot Kansas City Chiefs, there are several factors that New England should be wary of heading into this showdown.
